Borrowing from all of the great distilling cultures around the world, we here at 451 Spirits seek to create innovative and dynamic spirits to push the world of whiskey and spirits to the outer limits. From Solera aging borrowed from Spanish winemaking, traditional Pot Distillation from Ireland and Scotland and blended grain mashbills typical of the U.S. and Canada, we take the best aspects of each and use them as tools to craft something original and unforgetable. Unbound by the rules and restrictions of mainstream spirits we are free to create a world of flavor and expressions yet to be experienced.
