Sling & Stone Bourbon Blend
Our newest whiskey! I’ve always loved Bourbon, however, I never felt the need to make it since there’s so much already out there. What’s this then? This is an ongoing experiment to show what’s possible through cask curation. We blend Straight Bourbon (for a familiar flavor profile) with our various full bodied Pot Still Whiskies to bring you a spirit greater than the sum of it’s parts. Each batch will be different. Our first batch “Genesis” consists of a Straight, high rye Bourbon blended with our Boneshaker Whiskey and a 100% Rice Whiskey that was aged in Red Wine Barrels.
