We felt most coffee liqueurs on the market missed the mark. Being coffee connoisseurs ourselves, we wanted a spirit full of all the rich, full bodied coffee flavor you’d expect from a quality pour over or cold brew. It starts with using coffee you’d actually want to drink. We partnered with our friends and neighbors at Global Gallery and Ramble Coffee and use their Brazilian Dark Roast, roasted fresh for every batch. We then infuse spirit and proof down with housemade cold brew before adding just a touch of coffee infused panela syrup. We only use a fraction of the amount of sugar as comparable spirits, mostly for mouthfeel. That’s it! Quality spirits, quality coffee and a kiss of sugar.
